English speech is a key part of English learning. English speech competition aims to motivate students’ learning interests and improve students’ oral English. The Second Maple Leaf Cup ended. All contestants had wonderful performance and enjoyed the whole process of the competition. They not only presented beautiful pronunciation and intonation, but also had their own ideas. What’s more，it was crucial that they could perform confidently on the stage.

    歷時(shí)一個(gè)月，從初賽到復(fù)賽，經(jīng)過(guò)層層角逐，共有24 名優(yōu)秀的選手脫穎而出成功晉級(jí)楓葉杯英語(yǔ)演講比賽總決賽，在總決賽的舞臺(tái)上進(jìn)行最后的精彩對(duì)決。

    本次決賽分為定題演講、以及評(píng)委提問(wèn)兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，評(píng)委們根據(jù)選手的演講能力、語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)和儀表儀態(tài)等綜合評(píng)判給出最終成績(jī)。賽中，選手們思路清晰、落落大方，用流利的口語(yǔ)充分闡釋自己的觀點(diǎn)，給現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀眾帶來(lái)一場(chǎng)英語(yǔ)演講盛宴。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)掌聲陣陣，氣氛熱烈。
