一場(chǎng)秋雨之后，蟬鳴悄然停歇，剛過(guò)立秋之時(shí)，迎來(lái)了重逢之日。九月一日上午，新老同學(xué)齊聚美達(dá)菲，帶著對(duì)未來(lái)的憧憬，正式啟航新征程。

With an autumnal shower, cicadas surrender their song. As the first hint of autumn dawns, a day of heartfelt reunion unfolds.On a September morn, at MacDuffie, students old and new congregate, their eyes alight with dreams, poised to embark on a novel voyage.
 

全新的環(huán)境，全新的征程，也許會(huì)感到陌生，但是這里有一群可愛(ài)的同路人。迎新啟航，今天過(guò)后，我們將成為通往夢(mèng)想之路上的最佳拍檔。

A new environment, a new journey, may feel strange, but here are a group of lovely kindred spirits wherein we may find solace. As this inaugural chapter begins, from this day forth, we shall pledge to be best partners, traversing the path of dreams together.

高中生活是一個(gè)充滿激情和挑戰(zhàn)的階段，每位新生都懷揣著夢(mèng)想和希望，迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)。在這里，你們會(huì)收獲知識(shí)，結(jié)交朋友，錘煉自己，成長(zhǎng)為更好的自己。無(wú)論面對(duì)何種困難，都要勇往直前，堅(jiān)持不懈，相信自己，相信團(tuán)隊(duì)，相信未來(lái)。學(xué)校是你們展翅飛翔的舞臺(tái)，讓我們一同努力，書(shū)寫(xiě)精彩人生的篇章!

王東煥校長(zhǎng)帶領(lǐng)全體師生回顧了一年以來(lái)，學(xué)校在教育教學(xué)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域取得的豐碩成果，同時(shí)也對(duì)師生寄予了新期望：新的學(xué)年已拉開(kāi)帷幕，希望我們所有的在校同學(xué)以你們的學(xué)長(zhǎng)為榜樣，幾年之后，你們能夠取得比他們更優(yōu)異的成績(jī)!對(duì)于普高部的同學(xué)，你們是美達(dá)菲第一屆學(xué)生，希望你們能一炮打響，三年后順利考入國(guó)內(nèi)名校。

Under Principal Wang Donghuan's guidance, we reminisce the school's laudable strides in education over the bygone year. With the dawn of this scholastic era, he envisions each student, inspired by their forerunners, soaring to loftier peaks in the years that beckon. For the vanguards of the Pugao Department, as MacDuffie's inaugural torchbearers, may you illuminate our legacy, and in time, etch your names in the annals of esteemed institutions.

并對(duì)所有學(xué)生提出三點(diǎn)建議：

And three suggestions for all students:

養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，學(xué)術(shù)永遠(yuǎn)是第一位的，不管是國(guó)內(nèi)名校還是國(guó)外名校，大學(xué)招生始終會(huì)把你的考試成績(jī)作為錄取的第一要素。

Develop good study habits, academicalways take precedence, whether it is renowned institutions at home or prestigious schools abroad, university admissions invariably prioritize your examination scores as the foremost criterion for acceptance.

希望同學(xué)們多參加運(yùn)動(dòng)，目前學(xué)校運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施齊全，希望每位同學(xué)至少參加一項(xiàng)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)，并堅(jiān)持下去。

Engage in sports.. At present, The school boasts a comprehensive range of sports facilities. I encourage every student to immerse themselves in at least one athletic pursuit and maintain their commitment to it.

在活動(dòng)方面，鼓勵(lì)每位同學(xué)至少參加一至兩個(gè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)，通過(guò)活動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的興趣，挖掘自身的潛能?？偨Y(jié)一句話就是：學(xué)習(xí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)加活動(dòng)。

Participation in extracurricular activities is pivotal. I urge every student to be involved in at least one or two club activities. Through such engagements, you can uncover your passions and unlock your innate potential. In essence: Balance your academics, athletic pursuits, and extracurricular activities.

最后王東煥校長(zhǎng)衷心祝愿大家在新的學(xué)年里能夠以飽滿的熱情進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和工作，以積極的心態(tài)面對(duì)困難和挑戰(zhàn)，以優(yōu)異的成績(jī)回報(bào)家庭和社會(huì)。
